Christmas lights of Macy's store

I decided to write a little bit about history of Macy's store after I showed some pics from there. Macy's is one of the most ancient and biggest branches of retail trade of America. This firm owns more than 800 stores in the US. The assortment contains clothes, shoes, accesories, cosmetics, homegoods and even furniture. This branch was established in 1858. The store has got a name of the establisher Rowland Hussey Macy. Macy's on 34 street in Manhattan became of a sightseeing of New York City long time ago. So you can see a lot of tourists here, besides new-yorkers.

Macy's became popular when this branch started to make parades for Thanksgiving day in 1924. Since, parades of cartoon's heroes is a norm of every last Thirsday of November. Also, this store on 34 street in Manhattan creates fairy shopwindows and decorations of halls on every Christmas.
